It is a studio with en-suite facilities, kitchenette and dining/ work desk area, smart TV and Aircon.
Guests have exclusive use to the studio. They may if necessary use the shared laundry facilities.
The studio is in the old town, where there is a lot of hustle and bustle during the day, however, after 11pm is a relatively quiet residential zone. While there is no parking on site, there are car parks nearby. The studio is on the second floor - there is no lift but stairs are very manageable.
